EDWARDSVILLE — A driver and passenger are suing a trucking company and its employee for allegedly attempting to pass them on the left as they were making a left turn.

Jerome Hall and Debra L. Hall filed a complaint on Feb. 1 in Madison County Circuit Court against Piasa Enterprises Inc. and John Strebel, alleging violation of the duty to operate a vehicle in a reasonably safe manner.
