EDWARDSVILLE - A passenger is suing a motorist for allegedly causing a collision in St. Louis.

Sadaf Formuli filed a complaint on Dec. 30 in the Madison County Circuit Court against Michelina M. Rosado, alleging she failed to maintain proper control of her vehicle.
