Attorney Adam J. Olszeski is joining Williams Venker & Sanders as an associate.
Olszeski is an expert in the fields of commercial litigation, toxic tort defense, medical malpractice defense, and trust and estate litigation.
Prior to becoming an associate at Williams Venker & Sanders, Olszeski was part of the attorney roster at Anderson & Gilbert, L.C. until May 2015. Before this position, he worked as a plaintiff’s personal injury lawyer at Goldblatt + Singer, another St. Louis injury law firm, from June 2014 to May 2015. From January to June of 2014, he worked as an associate at The Summer Law Group, which is a law firm primarily catering to personal injury and criminal defense cases.
During his time in the legal field, he became familiar with various types of litigation, specifically cases involving clients fighting for their rights.
From August 2012 to May 2013, Olszeski served as a Rule 13 Certified Attorney at the Saint Louis University Legal Clinic.
Prior to this position, he was a law clerk at the Heller, Gallagher & Finley from June 2012 to April 2013, where he developed a passion to serve those fighting for their rights after experiencing injustices at the hands of other people and companies.
Olszeski became a member of the Missouri Bar Association in 2013. He was admitted to the Illinois Bar Association in 2014.
In 2015, Olszeski was admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court Eastern District of Missouri. A year later he was admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court Western District of Missouri.
He is also a member of the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis and the Lawyers Association of St. Louis.
He obtained his bachelor of arts in journalism from the Lewis University in 2010. Meanwhile, he completed his doctor of law degree in 2013 at the Saint Louis University.
