EDWARDSVILLE — An Edwardsville home care provider is suing a former resident, alleging failure to pay more than $51,000.

Bravo Care of Edwardsville Inc. filed a lawsuit Aug. 15 in Madison County Circuit Court against James Clement alleging the former resident failed to comply with their financial agreement.

According to the complaint, on Jan. 3, 2014, Clement entered into an agreement with Bravo Care wherein Rosewood Care Center in Alton was to provide nursing home care and services to the defendant. The suit says Bravo Care suffered financial damages for not receiving payment of $51,635.79.
