EDWARDSVILLE — A St. Clair County man is suing a driver and her company, alleging their negligence led to a crash that injured the plaintiff.

According to the complaint, on Dec. 19, 2015, Dietrich was driving a motor vehicle northbound on state Route 157 near state Route 63 in Centreville, and Green was operating a motor vehicle owned by Gintz at the same location. The suit says Green collided with the plaintiff's vehicle, causing him bodily injuries and damages,

The lawsuit states Dietrich's injuries resulted in pain and suffering, disability and disfigurement, medical expenses and increased risk of future injuries.
