Castillo joins PohlmanUSA as account executive

Jadii Castillo has joined St. Louis-based national litigation support firm, PohlmanUSA Court Reporting, as an account executive.

In her new position, Castillo is responsible for sales and marketing activities in the metropolitan St. Louis area. Castillo will work closely with other members of the sales and marketing team including director, Carrie Titus.

Castillo comes to PohlmanUSA with 10 years of experience in sales and business development including customer retention. Her functions include assisting lawyers in improving their practice and familiarity with technological advancements.

She has worked with law firms across the state of Missouri and plans to build those relationships, working with new clients involved in MDL, multi-party and general litigation cases across the country.

Castillo worked for years at Missouri Lawyers Media. Most recently, she was at MARCOA Publishing where she worked closely with new recruits to Scott Air Force Base.

She has a bachelor of science from Murray State University and is an active participant with the St. Louis chapter of the Legal Marketing Association (LMA). She recently served on the committee for the annual Justice for All Ball through Legal Services of Eastern Missouri.

Castillo will be based out of the downtown St. Louis office of PohlmanUSA.

Founded in 1990, PohlmanUSA provides law firms across the U.S. with court reporting and advanced litigation support services from offices in St. Louis, Edwardsville and Chicago.

Its nearly 60 member staff is complemented by a nationwide network of over 400 partner-contractor court reporters. PohlmanUSA offers a proprietary, online case management program and a custom solution to eFile and eServe.

In 2012, PohlmanUSA launched a records collection, management and online distribution service and in 2013 began offering desktop video conferencing (DVC) for use in depositions across the country and world-wide.
