A St. Clair County woman claims Johnson's Roofing failed to perform any work or obtain a permit after she paid the company more than $23,000.
Cherry Y. Bell filed a lawsuit on Aug. 5 in the St. Clair County Circuit Court against Johnson’s Roofing, specifically Derrick Johnson, citing negligence.
