A staffing company is seeking payment from a company which received workers but allegedly hasn't paid in full for their services.
Strobe Enterprises Inc., doing business as Partners Personnel Services, filed a complaint July 28 in St. Clair County Circuit Court against Stellar Blending and Packaging Solutions LLC.
According to the lawsuit, the plaintiff, at 3811 Mississippi Ave., Cahokia, provided temporary personnel to the defendant from May 31, 2013, to June 21, 2015, and though the defendant regularly paid most invoices, it allegedly stopped paying invoices for staffing services on June 4.
The plaintiff seeks payment of the balance allegedly owed of $82,257.18, plus court costs and attorney's fees.
The plaintiff is represented by attorney Terry L. Peebles.
