Lopinot sworn in Monday as St. Clair County Circuit Judge

Vincent Lopinot was sworn in Monday as circuit judge in St. Clair County by St. Clair County Chief Judge John Baricevic.

Prior to his election on Nov. 6, Lopinot had served for 10 years as an appointed associate judge. Most recently, Lopinot has presided over major civil litigation. He said he expects to remain on the civil docket, with the same cases that he’s had in the past year.
