A Granite City man says he was rear-ended while riding his motorcycle in Chouteau Township.
Stephen B. Ridings filed a lawsuit against Nicole D. Cagle Nov. 7 in Madison County Circuit Court.
According to the complaint, Ridings was riding a Harley-Davidson Cruiser north on Highway 203 in November 2010. As he slowed to make a right turn at the intersection of Martin Avenue, Ridings claims he was hit from behind by a Chevrolet Cavalier being driven by Cagle.
Ridings says he was hurt in the crash and asks for more than $50,000 in damages for medical expenses, lost wages and costs of the lawsuit.
He is represented by attorney John T. Papa of Granite City.
