Lewis Brisbois Bisgaard & Smith LLP has opened a new office in Glen Carbon, welcoming Jeffrey Bash as its new managing partner.
Bash focuses his practice on the defense of manufacturers, retailers, suppliers and premises owners in toxic/mass tort and environmental litigation. He also has extensive experience representing health care providers, trucking and insurance companies in general liability, products liability and professional liability matters.
Kari Halbrook, a partner in the firm's Chicago office, and new partner Matthew Morris will join the team in Madison County, along with new associates Charles Anderson and Matthew Schuh.
The office specializes in toxic tort and environmental litigation (including asbestos matters), general liability, insurance coverage, professional liability and products liability, and most Madison County attorneys are licensed to practice in the state courts of both Illinois and Missouri.
