A woman claims she sustained neck, back, wrist and hip injuries after a driver rear-ended her vehicle.
Aubrey E. Zobrist filed a lawsuit Aug. 3 in Madison County Circuit Court against Christopher R. Deweese.
In her complaint, Zobrist claims she drove on Interstate 270 on May 17, 2011, when Deweese struck the back of Zobrist's vehicle with the front of his.
Because of the collision, Zobrist sustained injuries that are painful, disabling and permanent and incurred medical costs of about $15,000, according to the complaint.
She seeks a judgment of more than $50,000, plus costs.
