Flack
Donald M. Flack was sworn in to office as Madison County Associate Judge on May 25.
He will be assigned to Traffic Court.
Flack replaces Nelson F. Metz, who retired April 6.
He earned his law degree from St. Louis University in 1998.
Flack had been an assistant Madison County State's Attorney since 2010.
Since 2008, he had operated Flack Law Office. Before that, he was an associate attorney with the firms of Pratt & Tobin, P.C and Korein Tillery.
Flack has been married to his wife Gillian for 19 years and they have three children, ages 16, 12 and 9. Flack and his family are active members of the Cornerstone Church in Bethalto, where he teaches high school age students.
