A St. Clair County woman says she was hit from behind by another driver in Belleville.
Stephanie Dahm filed a lawsuit April 23 in St. Clair County Circuit Court against Zachary O'Keefe.
According to the complaint, Dahm was driving north on Highway 159 in March when she had to stop for traffic. Dahm claims that was when she was hit from behind by O'Keefe. She says the crash caused serious injuries to her back.
Dahm accuses O'Keefe of negligence and asks for more than $50,000 in damages for medical expenses, loss of income and court costs.
