A Pennsylvania-based automotive parts distributor says it is owed more than $87,000 by an Alton store.
Keystone Automotive Industries Inc. filed a lawsuit against Crash Parts LLC on April 12 in Madison County Circuit Court.
The 12-line complaint alleges Keystone Automotive provided merchandise to Crash Parts LLC but has not received full payment for the products. Despite an alleged promise to pay, the auto parts supplier says Crash Parts owes the company $87,611.
Keystone Automotive Industries is asking Crash Parts to pay the entire amount owed plus interest and court costs.
