A Godfrey man says he was hurt when another driver crossed over the center line and crashed into him while he was driving in Alton.
John S. James filed a lawsuit Feb. 17 against Kylie M. Hubbs in Madison County Circuit Court.
James says he was driving south on State Street in September 2010 when Hubbs, driving in the opposite direction, veered across the center line and crashed into his car. He accuses Hubbs of negligence and asks for more than $50,000 in damages for medical bills, lost wages and court fees.
