Attorneys Dede Zupanci and Patrick Stufflebeam have been elected partners of HeplerBroom LLC. Zupanci and Stufflebeam work in the Edwardsville office.
Zupanci focuses her practice on healthcare defense litigation and regulatory matters including physician and nursing professional liability, hospital premises liability, nursing license disciplinary actions, hospital regulation and compliance.
Zupanci is licensed in Illinois and Missouri. She is admitted to practice in the U.S. District Courts in the Southern District of Illinois and the Eastern District of Missouri.
Zupanci is a member of Illinois Association of Defense Trial Counsel and the St. Louis Area Health Lawyers Association.
She graduated from Saint Louis University School of Law in 2002. She obtained a Bachelor of Arts, Southern Illinois University-Carbondale in 1992, magna cum laude.
Patrick Stufflebeam is a litigation attorney in the areas of products and premises liability with a special emphasis on toxic tort defense, including asbestos, manganese and silica.
Stufflebeam is admitted to practice in Missouri, Illinois, the U.S. District Court of Southern Illinois, Asbestos MDL, U.S. District Court of the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
Stufflebeam is a member of the Illinois Association Defense Trial Counsel, Board of Directors, Madison County Bar Association, and the Defense Research Institute.
He graduated from Saint Louis University School of Law in 2002. He obtained a Bachelor of Arts from Western Illinois University in 1999, magna cum laude.
