Sandberg Phoenix & von Gontard P.C., a full-service law firm headquartered in St. Louis, has announced that J. Thomas Long has joined the firm and will open a new office in Alton.
For 34 years, Long has served clients as an attorney and business advisor, and he is an active member of the local business community.
Long focuses his practice in commercial and business matters including the formation or reorganization of businesses, purchase or sale of businesses, transactional work relating to contracts, leases and real estate, and general business planning and advice for clients.
The new Alton office, at 2410 State St., marks the fifth location for Sandberg Phoenix. With three fully-staffed offices already located in Carbondale, Edwardsville and O'Fallon, the addition of the Alton office reaffirms the firm's commitment to serving clients in southern Illinois.
