A Madison County man claims he sustained injuries to his head, neck, shoulders, back and legs after a driver rear-ended his vehicle.
Bobby Eudy filed a lawsuit Nov. 14 in Madison County Circuit Court against Gregory Harvey.
In his complaint, Eudy alleges he was stopped at a traffic signal and waiting to continue traveling west on Governors Parkway on April 14, 2010, when Harvey, who was driving behind him, collided with the back of his vehicle.
In addition to his injuries, Eudy suffered great pain, incurred medical costs and lost wages because of the collision, according to the complaint.
Eudy blames Harvey for causing the collision, saying he negligently failed to keep a proper lookout, failed to stop or slow down before causing a collision and drove too fast, the suit states.
In his complaint, Eudy seeks actual damages of $50,000, plus post-judgment interest and costs.
Richard J. Zalasky of Brown and Crouppen in St. Louis will be representing him.
