A Madison County woman says she was rear-ended in a crash allegedly caused by an employee of a Wood River dental company.
Mindy Labby filed a lawsuit Nov. 4 in Madison County Circuit Court against John Dimitroff and GC Dental Lab Inc.
Labby says the crash happened in November 2009 when she was driving east on Homer Adams Parkway. As she approached Seminary Road in Madison County, Labby claims Dimitroff, driving a GC Dental car, crashed into the back of another car. That car was allegedly forced into the rear of Labby's car, causing a rear-end collision.
Labby says she was seriously hurt in the crash. She says the injuries have caused her pain and suffering and forced her to undergo expensive medical care.
Labby accuses the dental lab and Dimitroff of negligence and asks to be paid more than $100,000 in damages for medical expenses and court fees.
Labby is represented by attorneys Edward W. Unsell and Fred Patrick Schuman of East Alton.
