A Shiloh man wants $50,000 after another driver allegedly crossed the center line and crashed into him in Fairview Heights.
Kevin Williams filed a lawsuit Sept. 14 in St. Clair County Circuit Court against Dustin Ranck.
Williams says he was driving south on Illinois Route 159 in September 2009 when Ranck, driving north, allegedly crossed into incoming traffic near the intersection of Highway 64.
Williams claims Ranck's Chevy Blazer crashed into his BMW. Williams says he received multiple injuries that caused him pain and disability. Williams seeks a judgement of $50,000 in damages for medical expenses, lost wages and court fees.
Williams is represented by attorney Nathan C. Lanter of Belleville.
