A Madison County couple is suing the driver of the car they say crashed into them after allegedly failing to yield at an intersection.
Natasha B. and Jack A. Beil filed a lawsuit against Quintara Montrice Redd July 22 in Madison County Circuit Court.
The Beils say the crash happened in June 2010 while they driving on West Wickliffe in Collinsvile. At the intersection of North Clinton, they say Redd failed to slow down at a yield sign and crashed into them. The couple says the impact of the crash sent their car off the road and into a tree.
The Beils accuse Redd of negligence and ask for more than $100,000 in damages for medical expenses and court costs. They are represented by attorney Lanny Darr of Alton.
