Bozarth
Troy A. Bozarth, partner with the firm of HeplerBroom, LLC has been elected secretary/treasurer of the Illinois Association of Defense Trial Counsel (IDC). The IDC is lead by a five-member executive committee and an 18-member board of directors. The officers are elected for a one year term.
Bozarth has been practicing law since 1996, and primarily focuses his practice on trials involving complex commercial litigation matters, including class actions, insurance defense, Jones Act, maritime law, and antitrust law. He has been an Illinois Super Lawyer and Illinois Leading Lawyer since 2010.
