A St. Clair County man says he wants $50,000 from the driver who allegedly rear-ended his vehicle while stopped at a Fairview Heights intersection.
Tyler A. Schrage filed a lawsuit June 24 against Marvin S. Brown in St. Clair County Circuit Court.
Schrage says he was stopped at the intersection of U.S. Highway 50 and Highway 159 in Fairview Heights in June 2010 when Brown allegedly crashed into him from behind. Schrage accuses Brown of negligence and asks for more than $50,000 in damages for medical costs, loss of income and court fees.
Schrage is represented by attorney Gregory M. Skinner of Belleville.
