A St. Clair County man is suing the driver of the car that allegedly rear-ended him.
Benjamin A. Sybert filed a lawsuit June 15 against Debra L. Roulanaitis in St. Clair County Circuit Court.
In June 2009, Sybert says he was driving north on Illinois Route 158 iin O'Fallon. Sybert says Roulanaitis crashed into the back of his vehicle. Sybert says the impact of the crash caused serious injuries to his neck and back.
Sybert accuses Roulanaitis of negligence and is asking for more than $50,000 in damages for medical expenses, lost wages and court costs.
Sybert is represented by attorney Terry N. Brown of Belleville.
