A St. Clair County woman says she was hurt when she was hit by a car while walking in a pharmacy parking lot.
Arlene Bieri filed a lawsuit May 31 in St. Clair County Circuit Court against Linda M. Crouch.
Bieri says she was walking in the CVS Pharmacy parking lot in February when Crouch pulled into the lot and hit her. Bieri says the impact caused her leg to be broken.
Bieri accuses Crouch of negligence and asks for an unspecified amount of money in damages for medical expenses and court fees.
She is represented by attorney David N. Damick, of St. Louis.
