A Freeburg woman is asking for more than $50,000 after she allegedly was rear-ended in Belleville.
Amy L. Bald filed a lawsuit May 23 in St. Clair County Circuit Court against Brandon T. Adams.
Bald says she was driving south on Greenmount Road in May 2009. Near the intersection of IL-177, Bald says Adams crashed into the back of her.
Bald accuses the Freeburg man of negligence and asks for a judgment of more than $50,000 in damages for medical bills along with court costs.
Attorney Chet A. Kelly of Belleville is representing Bald.
