A wholesale supplier has filed suit against the window company that it claims failed to pay it more than $80,000 for materials its supplied.
MI Windows and Floor, doing business as MI Home Products, claims defendant C&F Home Services, doing business as Windows Depot USA of St. Louis, purchased $80,920.11 worth of products from it. At the time, defendants Robert and Mark Cronte guaranteed repayment of the debt, according to the complaint filed April 27 in St. Clair County Circuit Court.
Since then, however, the defendants have failed to repay their debt, the suit states.
In addition to the money it says it is owed, MI Windows and Floor is seeking costs.
It will be represented by Jay K. Levy and Associates in Evanston.
