St. Clair County woman is suing the driver of a car that allegedly rear-ended her.
Jessica Kent filed the lawsuit April 8 in St. Clair County Circuit Court against Bernard Wicklein.
Kent says she was stopped in traffic on Frank Scott Parkway West in April 2009. She alleges Wicklein failed to stop behind her and crashed into the back of her car.
Kent accuses Wicklein of negligence and asks of more than $50,000 in damages for medical expenses, lost wages and court costs. She is represented by attorney Lloyd M. Cueto, of Belleville.
