A St. Clair County woman is suing the driver of the car that allegedly rear-ended her on Belt West.
Nichelle M. Keller filed the lawsuit against Deshawn L. White in St. Clair County Circuit Court.
Keller says she was driving north on Belt West in July 2009. As she approached the intersection of Frank Scott Parkway, Keller says she was hit from behind by White.
Keller requests at least $50,000 in damages for medical costs, lost wages and court fees.
She is represented by attorneys Justin D. Guerrs and Thomas E. Schwartz, of St. Louis. They ask for a jury trial.
