Madison County Chief Judge Ann Callis has announced that the dockets for Tuesday, Feb. 1 have been canceled due to inclement weather. This includes the Collinsville area court docket scheduled for Feb. 1.
The Madison County courthouse and Criminal Justice Center will remain open for routine business.
All cases set for Feb. 1 will be reset.
Meteorologists across the St. Louis metropolitan area are predicting a significant winter storm to hit starting today with freezing rain and continuing through Wednesday with heavy snow. Sleet was already falling west of Edwardsville and expected to hit Madison County later this afternoon.
