A case management conference is set Wednesday as discovery continues in a legal malpractice case against the St. Louis-based firm of Kuehnlein & Kuehnlein.

Plaintiff Ronald Dahl Jr. is suing the firm for allegedly failing to consolidate two related workers' compensation claims, thereby costing him settlement money.

The case management conference is set for 9 a.m. on Jan. 26 before Madison County Circuit Judge Andreas Matoesian.

The law firm denies the plaintiff's claims.

Dahl Jr. is seeking damages of at least $50,000 and costs.

Attorney Christopher Kuehnlein is also a defendant in the case.

The most recent discovery action in the case saw a motion filed by Dahl Jr. to compel the defendants to answer interrogatories.

The law firm answered last month.

Michael Brunton represents Dahl Jr.

Robert Wuller represents the defendants.

The case is Madison case number 08-L-374.
