New partners named at HeplerBroom

Elworth

Huelsmann

Attorneys Robert Elworth, Brian Huelsmann and Amanda Mueller have been elected partners of HeplerBroom LLC.

Elworth, who works in the Chicago office, is a litigation attorney with a primary emphasis in the practice of insurance law.

He represents both insurance producers and insurers in complex insurance coverage matters at all stages of the claims process. Elworth's litigation practice also includes the defense of bad faith litigation and commercial litigation. He has been involved with numerous appellate court cases.

Elworth is admitted to practice in Illinois, California, Nebraska the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois and the United States District Court for the District of Nebraska.

Elworth is a member of the Defense Research Institute, Illinois Association of Defense Trial Counsel, and Appellate Lawyers Association.

He graduated from Creighton University School of Law in 1992 and from the University of Nebraska with two B.A.'s in 1989.

Huelsmann, who works in the Edwardsville office, is a litigation attorney in the areas of products and premises liability with special emphasis on toxic tort defense, including asbestos, benzene and silica.

Huelsmann is admitted to practice in Missouri, Illinois, the United States District Court for the Eastern and Western Districts of Missouri, and the Southern District of Illinois.

Huelsmann is a member of the Madison and St. Clair County Bar Associations, the Bar Association for Metropolitan St. Louis, The Illinois Association of Defense Counsel, and the Defense Research Institute. He is an arbitrator for Third Judicial Circuit in Madison County.

He graduated with a B.S. degree from Rockhurst University in 1997. He is a 2001 graduate of Southern Illinois University School of Law.

Mueller, who works in the St. Louis office, focuses her practice on cases involving complex litigation matters, including: premises liability, personal injury matters, religious/school institution cases, third-party criminal acts cases, and business litigation.

Mueller is admitted to practice in Missouri and Illinois. She is a member of the Missouri Organization of Defense Lawyers, Missouri and Illinois Bar Associations.

Mueller was named Missouri & Kansas Rising Star SuperLawyers in 2009.

She graduated with a B.A. degree from Central Methodist University in 1997. She is a 2000 graduate of St. Louis University School of Law.
