A St. Louis bank is asking to be paid the nearly $150,000 judgment awarded in a previous lawsuit.
Southwest Bank filed a petition to register foreign judgment against Coleman Steele Dec. 16 in Madison County Circuit Court.
According to court documents, Southwest Bank was awarded $149,980 by the Circuit Court of St. Louis County on Feb. 4. The bank claims Coleman Steele has yet to pay, nor have they filed for an appeal to the judgment.
Southwest Bank is asking the judgment be paid or a lien be put on property owned by Coleman Steele.
