Conference in legal malpractice suit against Kuehnlein firm re-set

Wuller

Madison County Circuit Judge Andy Matoesian has set a case management conference in a legal malpractice case against St. Louis law firm Kuehnlein & Kuehnlein next year.

Matoesian ordered the conference that had been set for Oct. 27 be postponed 90 days until Jan. 26, 2011.

Plaintiff Ronald Dahl Jr. is suing attorney Christopher Kuehnlein and his firm for damages of at least $50,000.

The plaintiff claims that the defendants botched consolidating two related workers' compensation claims brought by Dahl Jr.

Dahl Jr. claims that the mistakes cost him settlement monies.

The defendants deny the claims.

Michael Brunton represents the plaintiff.

Robert Wuller acts for the defense.

The case is Madison case number 08-L-374.
