A St. Clair woman is suing the man who allegedly rear-ended her while she was stopped in traffic.
Heather Hill filed the lawsuit against Nicholas Davenport Sept. 23 in St. Clair County Circuit Court.
Hill says she was stopped in traffic in her Honda Accord on East Highway 50 when Davenport, driving his Dodge Caravan, crashed into her from behind. Hill says the crash caused her to injure her mouth and teeth.
Hill accuses Davenport of negligence and seeks a minimum of $50,000 for medical and dental expenses, lost wages and court costs.
Attorney David S. Corwin of St. Louis is representing Hill.
