O'Fallon man seeks $50K in Shiloh crash

An O'Fallon man says he suffered severe injuries when his car was struck by another driver in Shiloh.

Brian Sabatino filed a lawsuit on Sept. 21 in St. Clair County Circuit Court against Ann W. Behne.

Sabatino says he was driving east on Lebanon Avenue in Shiloh when a car traveling west crossed the center line and struck him.

Sabatino claims Behne was negligent in failing to maintain control of her vehicle, failing to reduce her speed and exercise proper lookout, and not taking reasonable care in operating her vehicle.

As a result of the crash, Sabatino syas he sustained severe injuries and pain and the loss of enjoyment of life. He says he incurred lost wages, pain and suffering, and has been disabled.

In his complaint, Sabatino seeks a judgment of $50,000 and other relief the court rules proper.
