U.S. judiciary is massive institution of disorder

To the Editor:

The coming U.S. Civil War will be provoked by those among us that are attempting to deprive citizens of their inherent right to defend their lives and property by keeping and bearing arms.

The federal government, states, counties and cities do not have, and never have had, the authority to subvert or infringe upon the 2nd Amendment to the U.S. Constitution, but will continue to do so until a Civil War destroys this nation.

It is alarming that four of the U.S. Supreme Court judges in the recent 2nd Amendment opinion, MacDonald vs. Chicago, (including President Barack Obama's protege, Sonia Sotomayor) demonstrated their judicial incompetence by their dissent. They are unfit to be judges.

Reading all of the bloated, separate opinions in this case, it is apparent that all of the U.S. judiciary is a massive institution of disorder. Something has to be done to remove dimwitted federal judges from the judiciary.

President Obama is on the verge of packing the Supreme Court with another one of his dimwits. Let Senators Dick Durban and Roland Burris know that you are against their approval of Elena Kagan as a Supreme Court judge.

I keep and bear arms. I will not let this right be infringed upon by registering my arms with any state or federal entity.
