Kohlbrecher Truck Service sues Trenton business over unpaid goods

An Illinois corporation claim the owners of a Trenton business owe it more than $170,000 for feed and supplies they purchased.

Kohlbrecher Truck Service filed a lawsuit June 11 in St. Clair County Circuit Court against Arnold and Linda Henss.

Kohlbrecher claims the Hensses purchased feed and other agricultural goods and services from it, but have refused to pay for them.

"There is now due and payable to Kohlbrecher Truck Service the sum of $170,805.65, which represents goods and items purchased from Kohlbrecher Truck Service, together with accrued interest thereon," the suit states.

In addition to the money it says the Hensses owe it, Kohlbrecher seeks costs and attorneys' fees.

Robert T. Bruegge of the Law Office of Robert T. Bruegge in Edwardsville will be representing it.

St. Clair County Circuit Court case number: 10-L-295.
