Free Pain Consultation offered by Associated Physicians Group

EDWARDSVILLE, Ill. -- Associated Physicians Group has announced a free online back and knee pain survey designed to target the primary areas of pain afflicting patients, potential causes and effective treatment options.

Once completed, participants are invited to schedule a free follow-up consultation with Associated Physicians Group.

The survey, designed by APG physicians, also examines any treatments a patient has already received.

"The information we gather will help us design a customized treatment plan for each individual patient," said Jay Taddei, COO of Associated Physicians Group.

The free survey can be completed here at the "Surveys" section of MetroEastPain.com. Respondents are urged to fill out the questionnaire, answering all questions as completely and honestly as possible.

"The more thoroughly the survey is filled out, the better the chance for a successful treatment program," Taddei said.

Associated Physicians Group (APG) takes a comprehensive approach to the treatment of pain by combining a Wash U / Mayo Clinic trained Pain Management Specialist with physical therapists and chiropractic physicians. APG has locations in O'Fallon, Edwardsville and Swansea. For more information, please visit Associated Physician Group's web site, or call 1-888-363-8333.
