A woman claims she suffered a cervical strain after the driver of a vehicle in which she was riding struck horses standing in the road.
Diana Wright filed a lawsuit Dec. 10 in St. Clair County Circuit Court against Shannon Donnachie, Michael P. Trampe and Dennis Weiss.
Wright claims Donnachie operated a 2003 Dodge Neon on Bethel Road on March 28 when she drove into horses owned by Trampe and boarded by Weiss.
In addition to her strained cervical spine, Wright says she suffered damages, but does not specify them in the lawsuit.
In the three-count suit, Wright seeks a judgment of more than $150,000, plus other relief to which she may be entitled.
Brian L. Polinske of Polinske and Associates in Edwardsville will be representing her.
