A St. Clair County woman has filed suit against a Clinton County woman, alleging she was rear-ended while driving on the interstate.
Patricia Bow filed a lawsuit Nov. 6 in St. Clair County Circuit Court against Stephanie Holland.
Bow claims she was driving west on Interstate 64 about .2 miles west of 15th Street in Canteen when Holland, who was driving in the same direction, rear-ended her.
Because of the accident, Bow has incurred medical bills, suffered pain and lost her normal life, according to the suit.
Holland negligently drove faster than reasonable, failed to keep a proper lookout and failed to keep her vehicle under proper control, the suit states.
Bow is seeking a judgment of more than $50,000, plus costs.
