Colombo trial canceled, had been set for today

The trial of a Granite City accident case has been canceled.

It had been set to start Monday at 9 a.m. before Madison County Circuit Judge Dennis Ruth.

Plaintiff Kristi Bosecker, who sued Edwards Colombo over injuries she suffered when his car collided with hers, had filed her list of witnesses for the Sept. 30 trial.

A case management conference is now set Nov. 25 at 9 a.m., according to the court docket.

The complaint was not available in the case file.

Bosecker is represented by Earl Hubbs.

Colombo is represented by Michael Tackett.

The case is Madison case number 05-L-653.
