Madison County Circuit Judge Dennis Ruth is set to open the trial of a 2004 accident suit Monday. The trial is set to open at 9 a.m.
Plaintiff Kristi Bosecker is suing Edward Colombo for what she claims are permanent injuries she suffered when Colombo collided with her on Nameoki Road in Granite City.
The complaint in the suit was not available in the case file.
The case had originally be assigned to former Madison County Circuit Nicholas Byron.
Bosecker is represented by Earl Hubbs.
Colombo is represented by Michael Tackett.
