A hearing on motions including a move to vacate an order stopping a household cleaner maker from collecting on a $203.8 million civil judgment against one of the parties in an Edwardsville divorce has yet to be rescheduled.
The motions were to be heard by Madison County Associate Judge Thomas Chapman last Friday but that hearing was pushed back.
S.C. Johnson, the Racine, Wisc.-based maker of many common household items, has been attempting to intervene in the Buske divorce, alleging it is a move engineered by Thomas and Sara Buske to hide monies owed to the company.
Thomas Buske faces multiple federal charges in a Wisconsin court for allegedly defrauding S.C. Johnson of millions using inflated invoices from his trucking concerns.
S.C. Johnson was awarded the $203.8 civil judgment in a Wisconsin court last year.
Sara Buske filed for divorce after over a decade of marriage eight days after the civil judgment was entered.
Along with motions to set up educational trusts for the Buske children, S.C. Johnson has asked the court to completely vacate an order from December 2008 that enjoined the company from collecting on the Wisconsin judgment.
The company appealed the enjoinment order signed by then-presiding judge Duane Bailey and the appellate court sided with the company.
Bailey was reassigned to the juvenile courts shortly after.
The hearing was rescheduled from Aug. 18 to Aug. 21 due to scheduling conflicts with the attorneys in the case.

Sara Buske is represented by Howard Feldman.
S.C. Johnson is represented by Andrew Velloff and Thomas Keefe Jr.
