A man has filed suit against Raging Rivers Waterpark, alleging he was injured while riding down a water slide.
Jeffrey Tague Jr. was a 13-year-old when the injury occurred at the park on July 7, 2004, according to the complaint filed March 11 in Madison County Circuit Court.
Because employees at the slide did not supervise children going down the slide and allowed Tague to ride the slide knowing there was not enough distance between him and the previous child, he was injured, the suit states.
Tague claims he experienced pain and suffering, disability, loss of a normal life and incurred medical expenses.
