A retail lumber establishment says a Glen Carbon man failed to pay for building materials and owes $77,189.76 in payments.
R.P. Lumber Co. filed suit against Dale Shelton in Madison County Circuit Court on March 5.
The plaintiff claims it provided Shelton with building materials and supplies, but Shelton failed and refused to pay the total amount due.
In addition to the money it is due, R.P. Lumber is seeking interest, court costs and other relief the court deems just.
