Hamel Co-Op Grain Company has filed a breach of contract suit against a Worden man, alleging he failed to pay amounts due under the terms of the contract.
Represented by Paul Lauber of Edwardsville, Hamel Co-Op alleges they sold and delivered goods to Terry Ridenbark after he agreed to pay for them.
According to the complaint filed Oct. 22, Ridenbark is indebted to Hamel Co-Op for $11,966.20.
In addition to the amount due, Hamel Co-Op is seeking a judgment for costs of the suit and a one percent finance charge.
The case is awaiting mandatory arbitration.
