Food service provider seeks payment from creditors

Haag Food Service is seeking $232,110.94 in unpaid charges in a breach of contract suit filed against BischCo, Inc. of Macon, Mo. and its guarantors.

According to a suit filed Oct. 10 in St. Clair County Circuit Court, the defendants, which also include Bruns and Bisch, Inc., Thomas Bisch, Susan Bisch and Jeffrey Bisch, entered into a contract with Haag to purchase merchandise on account.

"Defendant has failed to make weekly payments to Haag Food Service…," the complaint states.

Haag claims that pursuant to a promissory note of Dec. 20, 2004, it is entitled to recover reasonable attorneys' fees, legal expenses and court costs.

Haag is represented by Deanna L. Litzenburg of Mathis, Marifian, Richter & Grandy of Belleville.
