Tri-County Feed Mill, Inc., has filed a complaint against Amy Bouvett and Porco, Inc., alleging they failed to pay for goods delivered to them.
Represented by Steven M. Wallace of East St. Louis, Tri-County Feed Mill claims Amy Bouvett and Porco agreed to pay for the goods delivered to them, but have failed to pay for them.
"Defendants are indebted to Plaintiff for goods, plus late charges, in the sum of $144,783.63," the complaint filed on Aug. 26 in St. Clair County Circuit Court states.
In the two-count suit, Tri-County Feed Mill is seeking $289,567.26 plus interest and the cost of the suit.
